I am a data integration specialist focused on SaaS and optimising data to fit specific requirements. I enjoy solving problems and analysing data. I like to learn new things and spend some of my personal time learning about Python, SQL, and VBA in order to automate and become more efficient at using data.In particular, I am experienced in working as an intermediary between production and sales: providing customer service and user technical support and building rapport, optimising processes, planning product delivery, assuming responsibility for managing different projects, writing documentation and reports, and overall contribute to customer success.I have the ability to multi-task as demonstrated by my double-masters.
