The FAHGA (French American Hospitality and Gastronomy Association) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit Association that gathers and unites Francophone and Francophile professionals working in the US Hospitality and Gastronomy (F&B) industries. Every 3 months \"L\'Apero-Mixer\", our casual happy hour, is held in San Francisco, Napa Valley, Dallas, Miami, and NYC. Join us by registering here: goals are:1) to bring together the Francophone and Francophile actors working in the Hospitality and Gastronomy Industries. Our members are hoteliers, chefs, restaurant owners, winemakers, sommeliers, food manufacturers, packaging producers, independents (bakers, butchers etc.), interior designers, lawyers, bankers, insurance agents etc.2) to be a platform where cultural and \"savoir-faire\" are exchanged between its members // synergies and collaboration created.If you want to learn more about some of our members, have a look below at short YouTube videos:# our \"Pause Cafe\": 10 minutes conversation with local shakers: with Hotel Leaders on \"Check-In\": with F&B Leaders on \"L\'Apero O\'CLock\": Cheers-I created as well L\'Apero events. Since 2013, over participants came to some of the 85 L\'Apero events we put together in San Francisco. We promote the conviviality a la Francaise, all about having a good time around French \"savoir vivre\" and \"savoir faire\". I find purpose in elevating others—through design, mentorship, hospitality, and family.Curious to learn more?I arrived in Northern California in drawn by its reputation for innovation and creativity. What began as a temporary stay quickly turned into a permanent home—and a gateway to a new passion: Hospitality and Gastronomy.Over the years, I’ve worked with U.S. and French companies of all sizes across industries, including tech, social media, hospitality, chemicals, and interior design. My travels across all 50 states deepened my appreciation for cultural diversity and the many ways business is conducted.Driven to apply what I learned, I launched several ventures—each one a rewarding journey filled with growth, learning, and incredible people. These experiences have shaped who I am and continue to inspire me.Since 2005, I’ve served as a **Luxury Hospitality Consultant**, helping management groups, purchasing teams, ownership, and properties uncover opportunities for growth and improvement. It’s work that’s both fun and fulfilling.Community-building is at the heart of everything I do. That’s why I founded the **French-American Hospitality and Gastronomy Association (FAHGA)**—a nonprofit dedicated to bridging cultures and creating synergies between Francophone and American hospitality professionals.Let’s connect!
