Within the programme (Primary Components manufacturing & Installation, Auxiliary System Installation, Post Service Inspection), my mission is to standardize a governance processes and establish a rigorous and robust system of control. The Transverse team is supporting the teams by overseeing the project execution and maintaining the best practices.We are focusing on the governance framework, to guarantee the adherence oversight, to unified the methodology, to monitor and report the performance, and to consolidate the knowledge (capture the lesson learnt from previous projects, promote continuous improvements, implement trainings programme).

ABOUT PIERRE-YVES GUIBAN
During the last 17 years, I have been working through the construction field at different positions :Project Manager and Designer for Framatome and Construction companies, Owner for the council of Loire-Atlantique, in public and private environnement.I have been glad to operate on marvellous and complex projects, such as the first of a kind EPR nuclear power plant in Finland, the rehabillitation of the longuest bridge in France (Saint Nazaire Bridge).In 2022, I passed a Master Business Administration (MBA) at Audencia for Business Unit Management. I\'m currently occupying the position of (Nuclear Steam Supply System) Transverse Manager on HPC (Hinckley Point C) project in EDF Energy on a programme of several billions €.
