Planning, organizing, and directing the activities of global teams involved in clinical research project, with main focus on trials conducted in the EMEA region -Full oversight for recruitment planning and execution, budgets & timeline development, negotiation, and management from RFP to final Reconciliation -Preparation, review and mgmt of clinical trial documents and project plans -Management of vendors and all stakeholders (internally and externally), including Vendor RFP process and contract / budget negotiations -Clinical lead activities, such as Monitoring strategy development, Monitoring Plan development training, Report Review, Visit planning and oversight -Site Activation Management, including preparation of Site activation plans, CTA mgmt, Budget & Contract discussions, SIV preparation -Ensuring first time Quality on all levels, including compliance with ICH-GCP, AMG, GxP and internal / External SOPs as applicable
