ABOUT PIERRE RAMEL
A la suite d\'une formation initiale d\'Ingénieur des travaux publics de l\'Etat (ENTPE) et d\'Urbaniste (IUL) j\'ai travaillé pour plusieurs structures publiques et privées en France et à l\'étranger (Projet de coopération au Vietnam, Métropole de Lyon, développeur de projets solaires au Chili, services du Ministère de l’Écologie). Entre autres, j\'ai développé des compétences en gestion de projets à différentes échelles, en génie civil, en intégration urbaine de projets de transport public, en analyse des politiques publiques d\'urbanisme et d\'habitat, en gestion des risques naturels et en construction de centrales photovoltaïques. Après une expérience au Chili dans la construction et la mise en service de centrales solaires je suis revenu en France, au sein des services du Ministère de l’Écologie, où j\'ai développé, promu, mais aussi encadré des projets d\'énergies renouvelables dans le sud de la France. J\'assure désormais la maitrise d\'ouvrage de projet de construction d\'école pour la ville de Marseille-French Civil Engineer and Urbanist, native French speaker, with confirmed oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish. I have worked for several structures (Cooperation project in Vietnam, Metropolis of Lyon and more recently a service of the French Ministry of Ecology). Among others, I have developed skills in project management at different scales, civil engineering, urban integration of public transport projects, analysis of urban development and housing public policies and in natural risks management. After having implemented the quality strategy for the construction of Solek PV plants, I focused as Commissioning manager on the start-up of different plants (up to 10MW). In this sense, I carried out all the commissioning tests necessary to ensure the functionality of the PV plant with all the security required. Then, I worked as Owner\'s Engineer for Enertis, to supervise the construction and commissioning of various projects throughout Chile. Back in France and within the services of the Ministry of Ecology, I put my energy into developing, promoting and regulating renewable energy projects in the south of France during 4 years. I currently pilot several school construction projects for the city or Marseille.
