ABOUT PIERRE RADULOVIC
I am currently pursuing the Master in Management (Grande École) program at ESSEC Business School, following two years of intensive preparatory classes. At ESSEC, I chose to specialize in finance, completing advanced courses such as M&A, Strategic and Financial Valuation, Portfolio Management, Accounting and Financial Information, Financial Management, and Strategy Consulting. This rigorous academic background has honed my analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.I am currently a Private Equity Intern at Integral Capital Group, where I support the investment team throughout the deal process. My responsibilities include conducting industry and market analyses in the CEE region, contributing to investment documentation (including PIMs and FIMs), and building financial models, notably LBO models, to support investment decisions.Previously, I gained hands-on experience in both consulting and internal audit at Swiss Life, where I conducted strategic analyses, assessed risks, and presented actionable recommendations to senior leadership. These experiences allowed me to navigate complex business environments, structure strategic thinking, and contribute to high-impact initiatives in close collaboration with key decision-makers.Fluent in four languages and shaped by a multicultural background, I bring cultural agility and a global mindset to every project I undertake.
