In our cities as in our villages, we can be confronted daily with urban inconveniences, which can be of very varied nature.Whether it is material failures (defective public lighting, potholes on the roadway), acts of negligence of the users (wild discharge, abusive parking) or even of deliberate damage (graffiti, disappearance or destruction of public facilities), we often find ourselves helpless in the face of such problems.
