After leading workshops on supply chain optimization and synergies at Airbus Group Headoffice near Munich, at high management level, I have joined the strategic procurement of Airbus Helicopters. The plant was also located near Munich. Leading new program sourcing for windshields and windows and international suppliers portfolio incl. bids and contract negociation, it brings me a lot of challenges. Leadership, communication with various environment, and hierarchy level, project management are some of the skills I have developed through this experience. Late 2016, finishing the project at Airbus Helicopters, sales was part of the way to understand also the other side of procurement, and people we usually deal with. After a year in this position, I understood some challenges that supplier could face and how we can change that in a better way. In 2018, I have joined Bombardier as strategic buyer for non metallic fabricated parts. Dealing with 15+ international suppliers, bids and contract management, project management, are some tasks I get use to deal with. Focus, multi-tasks, and curious, I am always looking for new challenges, and evolution is part of the way.
