ABOUT PIERRE BERCIER
Previously, I have worked on several different public research projects related to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, the ubiquitin-proteasome system, gene therapy applied to retinal dystrophies and brite adipogenesis. It is during these internships that I developed a strong passion for research. The diversity of these laboratory topics has provided me with some knowledge and practice in cellular and molecular biology, biochemistry and genetics. My academic background and the different projects I worked on have also given me some transversal skills, such as communication skills, advertising, working in large groups and even teaching to Master students. Holding a master degree in biomedical sciences, I am currently completing a PhD in the \"Collège de France\".
