With over 7 years of experience in the consulting sector, Pierre has played a pivotal role in guiding clients through the preparation of IFRS Financial Statements: including Consolidated FS, Combined, and Pro Forma in connection with Capital Markets transactions such as IPO, High Yield… or deal/post-deal transaction. Pierre has also contributed to the drafting of Offering documents, or in the preparation of financial communication (investors, stakeholders…).
