3/2021 – 9/2024 - Senior Recruiter - Fully Remote Work closely with Operations and Development teams to identify provider staffneeds and develop a recruitment plan for each position opening. Develop and implement strategies to source qualified diverse candidates to meetrequirements for positions from internal, external, and/or referral candidate pools usinga variety of creative and effective recruitment methods. Assisted the Developmental team with the opening of eight new ABA centers in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, and Rhode Island by providing each center with the initial staffing needed to operate and open, including RN\'s, OT, PT, Slp\'s, BCBA, and no clinical positions. Attended weekly staff meeting for all centers to discuss staff needs and any updates. Present center updates weekly to the Senior Management and the Development team. Draft and maintain advertisements, recruitment brochures and related materials. Utilize social media platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to drivenetworking and candidate pool development. Comprehensive and effective utilization of sourcing, screening and interviewing tools forcandidate and requisition management. Connect with candidates (active and passive) daily Extend offers, contract agreement and negotiate rates and salaries with new and existingproviders. Represent the company at local and national conferences, seminars and meetings torecruit new providers and staff. Arrange and coordinate all aspects of the site tours for new provider applicants,including scheduling second interviews with center leads. Promote provider relations and maintain in-house recruitment database. Coordinate with people operations through Microsoft Teams and our ATS (ApplicantTracking System) to monitor new hires progress through the credentialing andonboarding process and ensure great communication.
