I\'ve had the privilege of working in hospitality for over three decades, striving to contribute positively to the industry. Over the years, I\'ve had the opportunity to work with various brands, aiming to create enjoyable experiences for guests and foster growth for businesses. I find fulfillment in tackling the challenges inherent in the hospitality field, whether it\'s driving business growth, collaborating with teams, or surpassing expectations.My passion lies in crafting spaces where people can connect and enjoy themselves. I\'m committed to leading with purpose and innovation, always aiming to deliver value for all involved.My journey began humbly as a Server at Soho House, eventually leading to roles such as North America Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer. During my time there, I contributed to the brand\'s expansion and introduced new concepts like Cecconi’s, Mandolin beach, and Maya. I\'ve faced challenges like the 2008 financial crisis and the recent pandemic, which tested my resilience and ability to steer through difficulties while maintaining growth.One of my career highlights was overseeing the relaunch of Soho House in NYC in 2009, showcasing my strategic thinking and execution skills. I\'ve also prioritized creating an inclusive and supportive work culture, even as the business expanded. My involvement helping Soho House public reflects my commitment to long-term success and strategic planning.Additionally, I\'ve founded The Dove & Hen, a boutique hotel group, and Hartwell Hospitality, a consulting practice, where I\'ve focused on creating unique hospitality experiences and assisting other leaders in scaling their ventures across different sectors and functions.
