On this amazing project I\'ve been working for quite a while. The first idea formed in my mind back in 1996 when with my partners we registered the domain name ARTE.it, which now serves as the company brand name.The company was formed in July 2012 and become operational on april 2013.The mission is to develop a unique, compelling digital environment to serve the 35 million tourists that visit the Italian art cities and the 40 million visitors of museums and art exhibitions in Italy every year.

I am cofounder and CEO of ARTE.it, a digital italian publisher and its FB, Twitter, Instagram channels) and an indipendent audiovisual tv production firm. ARTE.it - THE MAP OF ART IN ITALY We currently have mapped 30K POIs and events in all the major Italian art cities building a complex yet simple interactive map of arts across the country. All our contents are available for free on our website - 3.6M readers Apr 22 - Apr 23).Since 2018 ARTE.it has developed also an audiovisual branch, ARTE.it Originals focusing on the production of biographical documentaries about art. Among our productions in I\'ve authored and produced 52min 4K documentary \"Balla. Lord of light\" about Italian futurist artist Giacomo Balla. Produced by ARTE.it Originals in association with RAI Cultura, the doc has been aired on several channels including RAI 5, Sky Arte, Wowow (Jp). In 2022 I\'ve authored and produced \"FORMIDABLE BOCCIONI\" a 52 min 4K docabout Futurist artist Umberto Boccioni just aired on primetime RAI5 on March 29th 2023. I am currenly authoring, producing and directing a third documentary on Futurism \"MARINETTI\'S AIRPLANE\" due to be released in April 2024.In the past I\'ve been cofounder, CEO & president of NEXTA Media, and independent vertical digital media network operating in the fields of content providing (MSN, Libero.it, Fastweb, Swisscom, Il Sole 24 Ore) and online publishing through a network of 10+ thematic websites. In 2009 NEXTA became part of LA STAMPA (FIAT - Itedi). From April 2009 till June 2012 I served as CEO of the company with the new shareholders. I\'ve been consultant to several international media companies.Freelance journalist in the media related business since 1989, I\'ve been media correspondent for the Italian economical and financial daily paper \"Il Sole 24 Ore\". I also wrote for several other newspapers and magazines including: L\'Espresso, Panorama, Italia Oggi, Satellite; Media correspondent from Italy for the Financial Times Media & Telecom group. In 2001 I co-authored the book \"Television on demand\" published in London by The Phillips Group.I\'ve authored and produced of several tv documentaries aired by RAI Televisione Italiana, Mediaset and various International broadcasters including 1998 awarded reportage:\"The war of the two worlds: Murdoch versus Turner\"(author & producer) broadcasted by RAI 2 and 2004 reportage \"Amina Lawal: In God\'s Name\"(producer) aired by CNN International.
