B Heroes is a program that promotes and supports innovative start-ups throughout: mentorship, investments, networking and communication. In particular, B Heroes provides to early stage start-up financial support, entrepreneurial culture and visibility, as well as introduction to the business world of innovation, facilitating the interchange between new and traditional companies. B Heroes is also an Italian TV series that aims to spread the entrepreneurial culture by describing the various phases of this mentorship and selection process, with the allocation of over 1 million euros of investments to the best participating start-ups. My tasks with B Heroes include: • Start-ups scouting and organization of program networking events; • Start-ups business model analysis, feasibility and scalability; • Organization of business workshops and mentoring sessions in international development and market introduction; • Start-up support and follow up: Business Plan analysis, speech technique and communication, investor relationships, fundraising process, priority management and international scalability.
