System Engineer with focus in the field of heat pumps and hybrid systems- Project technical leader, driving 10 functional group to bring projects to success- Carry out technical analysis and define test plans to integrate new heat pumps, PV, batteries, inverter and energy system into Residential and Light Commercial System solutions- Work on multiple projects to assist in the technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, evaluating alternatives including cost and risk, supportability and analyses for total systems- Perform analyses at all levels of total system product including: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal- Conduct engineering processes using standard work, including verification and qualification procedures- Define test plans for System functional validation and follow up testing activities- Synthesize analyses of data and use the results to prepare technical reports of findings, bugs and recommendations- Support in the preparation of product technical documentation- Seek to identify possible improvements to System control logics.
