I’m a junior at Virginia Tech pursuing a double major in Finance and Accounting.This past summer, I interned with Colliers’ Valuation & Appraisals group in Washington, D.C, where I built a strong foundation in market research, financial modeling, and the analytical frameworks behind commercial real estate valuation. At Virginia Tech, I was elected Director of Real Estate Education for Rho Epsilon Iota, the university’s professional real estate fraternity, where I help lead industry education and technical development initiatives for members. I maintain a 3.76 GPA and am actively involved in the Real Estate Club, Accounting Society, and CryptoCurrency club.This upcoming summer, I will be joining KPMG in Dallas as an Audit Data Engineering Intern, where I look forward to further strengthening my analytical rigor and data fluency.
