About Pieper Winogradoff
I’m a finance and management student at Tulane University with a passion for investing, financial strategy, and client relationships. My experiences in venture capital, investment solutions, and sales have strengthened my analytical and interpersonal skills.As Venture Capital Chair at Wall Street Krewe, I’ve hosted industry panels and led workshops to educate students on VC. I’m also an active member of Women Investing in Women, supporting initiatives that empower women in finance.Previously, I worked on the Investing & Sales team at Republic, conducting due diligence, writing investment memos, and analyzing financials to assess startups while working directly with investors and founders. This summer, I’m excited to join Hightower’s Investment Solutions team, where I’ll rotate through key areas of wealth management, gaining hands-on experience in portfolio construction, asset allocation, and client advisory services.
