After years in the technology industry and a lot of trips around the world learning about different technologies and equipment,I created a network of technology suppliers with great vision of the future.We solve business problems, make a consultative approach to every client engagement, and find actionable solutions that will help your organization achieve the best business outcomes.Some examples are- UNITEC BLUE, Argentina - Restructuring of of old facilities for the production of cotton to one of the iconic factories of the Smart Cards world, with Clean Room class and a totally futuristic concept. We selected more than 250 machines and contract more than 120 people, so this company is productive in printing lines, RFID Inlays, GSM Cards, EMV Cards and RFID tags. The restructuring and installation was carried out in a record time of 8 months- Unitec Semiconductors, Brazil - Within 4 months, due to the early need for billing of the company, we were able to define a project associated with the Core Business of the semiconductor packaging company. We looked for the necessary technology and machinery, while in parallel, a 500m2 clean room was built. During the first 2 months, the new team was selected and the following 2 months were adaptation, training everyday, achieving that on 4th month, with the installed machines the productive rump-up is extremely high, with low waste and high levels of production keep going.
