I am a software engineering leader with over 25 years of experience in directing, managing, and developing some of the largest and most complex websites and platforms in the world. I have successfully led teams of 40-60 developers, devops, and QA across multiple locations, cultures, and technologies, delivering high-quality products and services that meet the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders.Most recently, I was the Director of Software Engineering at Intact, where I oversaw two divergent groups: legacy mainframe systems that handled billions of dollars of transactions, and Java-based rating and underwriting calculations that handled all new business.
