Sole onsite support for the Evolution Fresh client group of 300+ employees across 3 shifts in a 24/7 beverage manufacturing operation also supporting other client groups as needed totaling employees across 3 locations—Partner with HR Director on conceptualizing and executing projects at the org level (Policy Harmonization, Manager Training Series, HR SOPs) and site level (Workforce Planning, Compensation Structure, Performance Management)— Provide expert guidance to other HR Managers on complex matters in addition to presenting decks on key learnings from ongoing education (PIHRA Legal Updates, HR Workshops) during team meetings. Partner with COE functional managers across EH & S, TA, HRIS, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits and Leaves— Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual HR decks to senior leadership to facilitate discussions and action planning. Prepare and facilitate HR trainings for all levels of employees onsite and via teams— HR spokesperson for monthly plant meetings with 100+ attendees. Change agent integrating Evolution Fresh into the organizational culture of Bolthouse Farms post-acquisition and into the transition to Generous Brands post-split— Compliance focused due to year-round external audits (Starbucks, Costco) and certification organizations (BRCGS), regularly passing 3rd party HR audits successfully with zero non-conformances— Investigate complex workplace issues and provide recommendations in partnership with Legal to proactively address issues by identifying casework trends and aligning with key stakeholders to mitigate risk and monitor corrective action plans to completion.
