ABOUT PIA KLANCAR
I\'m a combination of an ENFP by 16 Personalities and Di on the DISC scale. I\'m a designer, a leader, and a coach, and there is nothing I love more than solving problems - Personal, Design, or Product ones. My experience in Design expands over gaming, browser, search, privacy, and e-commerce, all the way to digital adoption by working for mature startups in B2B and B2C. I chose the managerial path because empowering people to thrive in their jobs and making a difference, makes my heart beat faster. I love working with people more than moving pixels, but I enjoy being in a coach-player role, as that keeps my mind fresh and my skills up to date. I believe, you can only lead if you first do (experience) it yourself. I lead with a Design thinking approach to life and a mix of transformational & coaching leadership styles, focusing on building teams, their growth, and change for the biggest possible impact.Outside of work, my time is taken over by a fluffy monster Kori who spends her days cuddling or barking. Other than that, I love stories, travel, and photography. A pretty well-known fact is that I hate spiders to the point where Australia will probably never see me. And mornings. Mornings without a huge cup of coffee are just not worth waking up for.
