With over 13 years of extensive experience in marketing, PR, and communications within the hospitality and supply chain industries, I am currently serving as the Head of PR & Communications at MEININGER Hotels since April 2023. MEININGER is a dynamic low-budget hotel chain that blends the best elements of hostels and hotels, boasting 36 locations in 26 European cities. In this pivotal role, I focus on elevating the company\'s brand awareness across DACH and Europe, enhancing its external perception and image, overseeing crisis communication, managing internal communications as well as running the internal Employer Branding project.Before stepping into my current position, I was the Director of Marketing & Communications at MEININGER Hotels from January 2022 to March 2023, developing and implementing the chain’s marketing and communication strategy.My journey also includes leading the Marketing and PR team at RSA Global, a leading digital freight forwarding company based in the UAE, from June 2019 to December 2021. Here, my team and I spearheaded a marketing strategy that pivoted RSA Global into a tech-driven global brand. Prior to RSA Global, I had the privilege of heading the marketing & communications team for DB Schenker in China, based in Shanghai, further establishing my global marketing expertise.My skills encompass a broad spectrum of competencies, including the development and execution of marketing & communication strategies, social media management, influencer marketing, agency management, event & trade show management, PR & media collaborations, leadership, and a specialized focus on crisis communication.
