Fluent in English and German, and hold dual citizenship (Austria & Canada)- eligible to work across the EU without sponsorship. Growing up I was always hungry for improvement. I continuously pushed myself and always found different ways to help coach and mentor people around me - both inside and outside work. From being one of the youngest shift managers in Canada to get promoted at McDonald\'s (I was 16!) to being the captain of my soccer team - I found myself to be a natural leader in group settings. That\'s no different today.I\'m passionate about providing the best experience for clients as well as people\'s career progression in the tech industry. Establishing relationships with people and maintaining them is my jam. At the same time, if I\'m presented with a challenge or a problem to solve, I look at it as an opportunity and roll up my sleeves to tackle it. I\'m analytical and don\'t take things at face value - the best way to understand something is by asking the right questions and dissecting the topic.In my spare time, I\'m cooking up a storm in my kitchen, enjoying live music, playing with the nearest dog or on the hunt for the best travel deals.
