Pharmaceutical Technology & Development Graduate Scheme Rotation 3: Health Economics and Payer Evidence associate, Respiratory and Immunology, Global Market Access and Pricing (Cambridge). • Supported the launch readiness preparation for three AZ biologics. • Acquired market access, HEOR, pricing, and drug reimbursement knowledge.• Applied health economics modelling concepts (Budget Impact Models, Cost Effectiveness, Cost-Utility analyses, etc.)• Deepened my understanding of Medical Affairs, Marketing, Finance, etc.Rotation 2: Clinical Supply Study Lead in Clinical Manufacturing and Supply• Responsible for managing the packing, labelling, and distribution and ensuring on-time delivery of investigational products (and AxMPs, etc.) for two Oncology clinical studies. • Led cross-functional teams\' meetings and developed a profound understanding of the supply chain and execution of clinical trials. • Accountable for forecasting demand and delivering study supply activities within budget.• Worked with CROs and CMOs and collaborated with internal and external parties throughout.Rotation 1: Formulation Scientist in New Modalities and Parenteral Development.• Led a lyophilization project (and stability study) to investigate water content changes during primary and secondary freeze-drying.• Assessed the reliability of a new headspace moisture analyser and validated its ability to provide robust results. • Used PAT tools to monitor the freeze-drying process and developed a quantitative model to predict KF values from NIR spectra.• Planned and executed experimental work, ensuring project timelines were met.Additional responsibilities: AZInspire Global Rep; supporting trainee pharmacists and contributing to the recruitment of summer placement students and pre-reg pharmacists. Selected as one of the AZ delegates for the One Young World Summit 2023 in Belfast, and now a OYW ambassador.
