ABOUT PIA SAIJETS

I have over 10 years experience in customer service trough different roles in global B2B. I am open minded and my enthousiasm to understand different people, way of being and thinking have helped me to adapt into new cultural environments. I have lived in Sweden, Finland, Spain and currently I live in France. Gifted in languages, I am passionate about cultures and cross-cultural communication. I get lots of energy from communication with people and connecting people. I love learning and I take challenges as an opportunity to grow and improve customer service processes. As a quality driven employee, I particularly enjoy finding creative solutions to solve complex situations. I give importance to honesty and situational or emotional intelligence in collaboration. Ideal working environment for me is colourful and dynamic, where we can make serious stuff while having fun. I find balance outside the work by hiking, reading, singing and practicing dance. I love cooking and sharing moments with my family and friends. Outdoor activities and specially nature is a key for my wellbeing.
