As a workshop designer and facilitator I put collaboration at the core of my sessions. From ideation to implementation I ensure that my workshops are tailored to encourage active participation and teamwork, resulting in innovative actionable outcomes.As a firm believer in human centered innovation practices, I\'m constantly driven to solve challenges with the human essence at their core while seeking solutions that also respect our planet\'s boundaries. I believe that true innovation acknowledges both the human essence and our environmental constraints. I\'m a passionate advocate for transformative business practices with a Master\'s degree in Sustainable Business Management. I\'m convinced that at the heart of most challenges (and indeed their solutions) is effective communication. That\'s why I love sharing my knowledge around the concept and mindset of non-violent communication in workshops and keynotes.
