ABOUT PHYU THANT

Resilience, adaptability, and lifelong learning define my journey. Growing up in Myanmar, I faced challenges that shaped my determination—unreliable electricity, slow internet, and limited access to education. But I never let obstacles define me. I sought out every opportunity, from free classes to volunteering at libraries and workshops. I participated in entrepreneurship and case study competitions, earning awards that reinforced my passion for problem-solving and innovation. Then came even greater challenges—a coup and the impact of COVID-19—making life harder for my family, who relied on me. But when I arrived in the U.S, I saw it as my second chance. I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Business from Myanmar and, eager to expand my skill set, I enrolled at Pasadena City College to study Business Analytics while working full-time as an Administrative Assistant. In my role, I don’t just manage operations and workflows—I streamline processes, improve efficiency, and pay close attention to detail to ensure everything runs smoothly. To me, data is more than numbers—it’s a story waiting to be told. With a deep appreciation for problem-solving and a drive to keep learning, I hope to bring my skills to a company that values growth, innovation, and continuous development. Let’s connect!
