I read, write, invest, coach, speak, and build movements.I\'m currently finishing the next book in the Never Alone series.I run the Never Search Alone movement, which to date has helped people from college students to CEOs find jobs in this tough job market. In 2003, I started bringing peer-led Councils to Silicon Valley, and non-CEOs, for the first time. I launched with Amazon, Google, and others and today we at Collaborative Gain run Executive Councils (VP, CPO, CEO), and Associate Councils,(for rising stars in product management).I coach CEOs and Chief Product Officers in the AI world.I run World of Business Reading Group, which is a pro-bono business literacy program based on Warren Buffet\'s shareholder letters. We run a major high school summer program and are rolling out our first public adult class this fall;I started Slow Art Day with the simple goal of helping people learn how to slow down, look at and love art; I also give talks and guest lectures.Right now I’m on a speaking tour about AI and about Never Search Alone and I\'m just back from a tour of Asia.
