   Responsible for the IT Risk function and all IT-focused financial, client, and federal audit/exam engagements. • IT Risk: The IT Risk team works within the first line of defense to identify, quantify, monitor, and drive risk mitigation. This program provides for both bottom-up and top-down risk identification and is closely aligned with Information Security, Enterprise Risk Management, and the Data Privacy Office. Program uses existing operational reporting to track key risk indicators and drive awareness and accountability throughout the first line. • Compliance: The Compliance team has IT oversight for more than 30 SSAE18 SOC 1 & SOC 2 reports and the IT controls for Sarbanes Oxley (SOX). Established, and working to enrich a Cloud compliance team to drive automation of artifact collection and review. Built/maintained a common control framework to align controls across Azure, AWS, GCP and brick and mortar data centers. Compliance participates in all client audit engagements and supports the technical teams’ efforts with the Federal Banking Agencies examinations. Specific efforts include maintenance of control statements, review of evidence requests and subject matter audit preparation. The team drives programs to ensure that potential areas of concern are addressed. Emphasis is placed on the reuse of audit material to mitigate audit fatigue.
