My contributions as a consultant to Masa Israel Journey include: Conducting research, develop programs and serve as a representative. Masa Israel Journey, a part of the Jewish Agency. brings diaspora students to Israel on long-term programs (e.g, internships, community service, teaching, and gap year programming.)My contributions to this important mission include: Conducting Research:I acted as a liaison to all Orthodox Jewish High Schools in the United States, conducting surveys and research to help Masa understand the schools’ needs regarding Israel placement for the gap years. I also educated those schools on Masa\'s services for educators and students.Develop Programs:One of the programs I developed is an event for the Sephardic Jewish community. This event is designed to educate community members about the positive aspects of the Israel Gap Year for their children, emphasizing how this strengthens their Jewish engagement without compromising their cultural identity.Serve as a Representative:I moderated and developed panel discussions for Masa’s online fairs on the Gap Year. I also represented Masa at fairs and events to promote their services and programs.
