Agile Coach and Trainer for the teams on the Future Operationally Resilient Ground Evolution (FORGE) program. FORGE will provide the Next Generation Overhead Persistent Infrared ground system. Intended to ride on top of the Enterprise Ground Service architecture, as mission data processing framework for the follow-on SBIRS program, FORGE will satisfy existing Space-Based Infrared System Block 20 and Cost Description Document (CDD) requirements in the mission areas of strategic missile warning, homeland defense, theater missile warning, theater missile defense, battlespace awareness, technical intelligence, and civil/environmental. The FORGE Team began their agile implementation journey in January 2019 with the entire team completing a foundational Leading SAFe® course. Using the common knowledge and vernacular gained during this training, the FORGE team is getting good traction executing three top priority Evolutions that are a part of the FORGE strategic themes. The three Evolutions are comprised of the Mission Data Processing, Command and Control migration to Enterprise Ground Services, and Relay Ground Stations.
