ABOUT PHYLENA HOUDE

As a Project Manager at The Home Depot, I leverage my communication and innovation skills to build highly effective Scrum teams and deliver impactful solutions for the business. I have experience in managing projects across different domains, such as developer tools, technology insights, and learning platforms, using agile methodologies and collaboration tools like Miro and Jira. I have a passion for developing others and helping them reach their highest potential. I also have an affinity for connecting people and creating relationships that will help them achieve their goals. I graduated from Texas State University with a BA in Mass Communication and won the Best Speaker award for the Women Who Code Lightning Talks competition at The Home Depot. I am motivated by innovation, creativity, and collaboration, and I strive to make a positive difference in every project I work on.
