   Oversee all global direct and indirect taxes, managing third-party tax advisors and assisting in the review and data preparation of US domestic and international (e.g, Forms 5471, 8858, UK and India corporate income tax, withholding tax and indirect tax return filings. • Manage annual income tax provision and related financial disclosures in accordance with ASC 740 including current and deferred tax provisions, taxes payable and related disclosures in our annual audited financial statements. • Responsible for monthly and quarterly accounting close activities for tax, including reconciliations, approval for journal entries and related reporting. • Own, maintain, and administrate the Company’s tax policies and positions. • Member of US procurement committee, primarily advising on applicability of VAT on vendor contracts and IR35 considerations for consulting arrangements. • Manage third-party service providers in production of transfer pricing and intercompany royalties documentation and related planning. • Partner with Global Finance team to provide logic for tax budgeting and forecasting. • Manage US and international tax audits and tax authority inquiries as needed. • Be a strategic business partner, advising and supporting domestic and international business teams in tax related issues, policies, and procedures. • Actively monitor US and international tax legislative and judicial actions, analyze potential impacts/benefits, and implement mitigation or action plans for the Company. • Assist with implementation of tax planning opportunities, drive process efficiencies, quality improvements, and risk minimization strategies related to foreign operations. • Manage and mentor direct report(s), encouraging a collaborative team atmosphere.
