I lead a team of program managers, technical specialists, and operations associates working on analyzing Waymo testing data and turning them into meaningful stats to measure SW driving quality. We work with multiple teams (including onboard, offboard, hardware, product, maps, driving ops) to provide triage support, help teams prioritize their works which contributes to improving SW quality and results in better product and customer experience. My responsibilities are to manage and direct the team to ensure we meet triage demands from different stakeholders and our team KPIs, create and constantly adjust workflows with changes in SW, supervise training and quality control of new qualified workers, and work with engineering team on features improvements.
