Directly responsible for managing Cancellation and Denial UW team, ensuring that the disposition of applications consistently adhere according to agency guidelines and CFPB requirements of ECOA Reg. B. Works with Post Closing Team to resolve investor’s findings to ensure that loans are salable. Also identifies trends of deficiencies, develops processes and procedures to improve practices and mitigate risk, attends annual audits with Credit Policy, and handles a wide variety of special projects.
