Engaged on a Retail Power project spanning three separate workstreams, including Customer, Risk and Settlement. The main deliverables included the retirement of iAvenue, the implementation of Salesforce, the automation of the Pricing Model and retirement of RevenueManager into Lodestar. Responsibilities included: • Managing contract automation using Conga and DocuSign in Salesforce • Implementing Deal Capture integration from Salesforce to Endur to be used by the Risk team and RM model • Automating handling of inbound and outbound EDI transactions in Salesforce • Coordinating data conversion efforts for the retirement of iAvenue into Salesforce • Working with Risk to complete webscrape to provide more data granularity visible in a new UI, which was essential to automating the Pricing Model • Supporting post production tickets as well as expansion into new markets Engaged on an Energy Trading/Risk Management project utilizing OpenLink Endur software to facilitate the migration of financial transactions between legal entities in support of a Dodd-Frank initiative. Impacted commodities included natural gas, NGLs, crude, and metals. Responsibilities included: • Managing all aspects of the project, including project planning, schedule and milestone oversight, requirements definition, documentation, status reporting, and business sign-off • Coordinating with key users across all departments, including front office, product control, operations, risk, and IT to ensure that requirements were clearly defined, gaps were addressed, key stakeholders were defined, and issues were communicated effectively • Working with the client project management organization to understand process standards and ensure that the project complied in all aspects • Creating new deals in support of user acceptance testing associated with enhanced trade functionality • Analyzing the impacts of market data reconfiguration in regards to deal valuation, reporting, and risk
