As an experienced, hardworking, highly motivated and innovative senior technical and construction program manager and engineering design manager with many years of experience in semiconductor facility design, construction and operational management, I’ve led many diversified cross functional teams in developing, planning, executing and successfully delivering multiple projects and programs, which enable our Intel Fab Construction Enterprise (FCE) division to consistently achieve the goals of safely constructing the world class semiconductor FAB facilities and delivering our internal factory customer the BIC (yield and output) semiconductor chip production capability. I\'ve had 27 years of experience with LEAN manufacturing and construction management. I am a certified PMP and have tremendous experience with innovative and sustainable construction methodology (e.g, FEED, BIM, OSM and LEED, etc.). I’ve had extensive knowledge in leading and managing diversified teams of personnel ranging from technical engineering and design resources to construction personnel to software developers and technical program managers and have successfully delivered many major construction project portfolios (from New Build to Retrofit to Progressive Build) and effectively developed Big Data analytics software solutions (supporting Semiconductor facilities and construction management).    In charge of the current $1B-$3B New Brownfield construction program enabling the Intel IDM 2.0 initiative. Lead and manage all aspects of the construction program from initiation through design, execution and close out phases with 10-15 direct and matrix employees and a contractor workforce ranging from 500-1,500 of contingent workers encompassing outsourced general contractors, A&E firms, and key trade companies in the semiconductor, data center and general office building construction industry.• Lead the project team:o Manage performance of both internal Intel construction and external construction personnelo Strategic plan the scope execution, schedule performance, budget monitoring and controls for all Intel Basebuild construction projects o Ensure tactical execution is performed safely w/o impacting factory operations.o Drive innovative construction initiatives (e.g, IPD, BIM, OSM, LEED, etc.) enable FCE executing construction to world class standards while deliver the BIC construction solutions in terms of safety, quality, schedule and cost.• Scopes of Responsibility include:o Partner with internal customers including TD (Technology Development) and IFD (Intel Foundry Division) to develop and present business propositions to Intel Executive Leadership Team to secure funding for the construction programo Lead the FCE project team and its partners, Corporate Service Operations (CSO), construction management firms, trades and vendors/suppliers to translate business and technical requirements into best in class quality designs that enable biddable, affordable, and constructible solutionso Develop world class supplier partnerships with leading sourcing and procurement solutions and deliver continuous improvements in business results, quality, schedule, and cost.o Successfully lead and manage a portfolio of construction projects including R&D substrate manufacturing facility, CUB/PUB, General Office Buildings, Site Infrastructure upgrade, etc.
