In my current role as Digital Product Manager at Leroy Merlin, I lead an e-commerce checkout team made up of eight developers. Together, we fostered a collaborative environment that significantly increased productivity and efficiency. I manage the main components of e-commerce, such as a cart, checkout process, logistics, order tracking system, and promotions engine. This ensures a seamless customer journey from browsing to purchasing. Balancing multiple improvements simultaneously in this fast-paced digital environment allowed me to drive technical advancements during sprint management. One of my main achievements in this role was the implementation of a new instant payment method that contributed to 20% of total e-commerce sales. Additionally, I successfully integrated installation services into our product offering, increasing the average ticket price. These achievements demonstrate my deep understanding of digital transaction trends and customer preferences.
