As a key member to our leadership team, I oversee the editorial direction of daily news coverage and long-term initiates for all platforms including traditional newscast to our digital properties.(WILX.COM, YOUTUBE, Mobile Apps, and CTV platforms) Responsible for running editorial meetings, developing, selecting, and assigning news stories to our journalists. I also oversee the scheduling for over 40 staff members in the newsroom, working to maintain proper staffing for all dayparts. Work with other News Managers to plan and execute special projects from Elections to Breaking News. Most importantly, I help create and foster a positive working environment pushing for personal growth and happiness.I recently finished \"Emerging Leadership Class\" program with Gray Television.
