They boast being one of a select group of suppliers appointed to the Digital Capabilities for Health Framework for the NHS.\\\\n\\\\nKey Project: Delivered a major digital transformation project for NHSD, upgrading their IT infrastructure in a way that affected every GP Practice and 60 million patients across the UK.\\\\n\\\\n• Demonstrated strong Delivery leadership skills, driving confidence from the squad level Development team to executives in Delivery, Programme and wider stakeholders.\\\\n\\\\n• Empowered the team to take responsibility for their deliverables whilst clearly articulating the plan, identifying the most efficient and quickest way to release value to the customer.\\\\n\\\\n• Blended approaches of Kanban and Scrum, adjusting ways of working as the team scaled up and the project landscaped changed.\\\\n\\\\n• Used Jira and Confluence to compile data and metrics dashboards, for use in presentations and corporate reporting.\\\\n\\\\n• Developed the short, medium, and long-term Product Roadmap, showing high level milestones and a clear link between outcomes and value.
