The Ventura County Community Information Exchange (VCCIE) is a program of the Public Health Institute that acts as a hub for social services and aims to improve the health and quality of life of the Ventura County community. The technical product manager gathers input from County government, local social service organizations and CBOs, healthcare organizations, and other key members of the community to design, implement and maintain a Community Information Exchange (CIE). For organizations, the CIE serves to make operations more secure and efficient as well as improve visibility of services for referral. For community members, it aims to simplify and organize the referral process to improve service navigation, access, and outcomes.
