As the Treasurer, my responsibilities include- Overseeing the QSN’s spending in its entirety while recommending expenditures of the QSN- Leading or assisting in the creation of budgets for QSN events, initiatives, and all other financial proposals- Tracking the expenses of the Chapter, and diligently updating totals of the QSN’s line items- Provide a bi-weekly summary to the E-Board regarding allocations- Working with the QSN Advisor, the Executive Branch, and the Core regarding the Budget proposals- Working with administrators, executives, and officers involved in the creation of the proposal, transfer of funds, and any relevant planning as found necessary- To attend and vote in all E-Board meetings, and to collaborate, communicate, and update other members of the E-Board- To diligently and professionally respond to messages regarding the QSN’s organizational finances from their personal Colgate account in a timely, helpful, and professional manner.
