I\'m Phoebe, a Los Angeles-based Taiwanese-American concept artist and painter. To me, a story is made up of small moments defined by the stretch and lull of tension, cinematic poetry, and the foundation of emotions, and when those emotions can reach out to touch the hearts of the audience, sparks fly.
