I help people make space for what matters most.I speak and coach in a wide range of settings, but what remains constant is my commitment to helping people clarify what matters most in order to take brave, inspired action. I have coached executives, artists, educators, entrepreneurs, lawyers, physicians, and change makers in organizations around the world. I help develop competent, caring leaders and healthy, effective teams through live and virtual coaching, consulting, and leadership development programs. In addition to coaching leaders in the workplace, I help the leaders on the homefront - parents like me - to be more intentional about how their family engages with screens.
