About Phoebe Hyun
As Office Sales Manager, I focus on delivering value to our clients by way of our client service teams and pursuit strategies. I enjoy living in a region where I can experience first-hand so much of the infrastructure that HNTB plays a part in developing.Before joining HNTB, I served as Senior Marketing Coordinator at SWCA. I supported the California-Pacific Islands Region (6 offices) on marketing, proposal, and business development efforts.Prior to my time at SWCA, I was part of the Business Development Services group at Tetra Tech, Inc. I participated in and led all phases of the proposal process: capture planning, compliance matrices, managing writing teams, writing specific sections, and coordinating with the graphics group. I supported corporate business development activities. I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Geography and a minor in City and Regional Planning, a law degree with a specialization in Environmental Law, and am a member of the State Bar of California.
