As a private tutor, I deliver one-to-one lessons in GCSE and A-Level Biology, supporting students in understanding core scientific concepts and preparing effectively for exams. My role involves- Designing tailored lesson plans to match individual learning needs and exam boards- Explaining complex topics in a clear, accessible way using real-world examples and analogies- Helping students develop study strategies, revision techniques, and exam confidence- Tracking progress and adjusting teaching methods to ensure measurable improvement.This experience complements my academic background as a PhD researcher in Toxicology and my BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences, allowing me to share both subject expertise and a passion for science.
