Phoebe is an award winning and dynamic legal professional with expertise in intellectual property, commercial law, and compliance. She holds a MSc in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Oxford, where she researched the intersection of copyright and AI. Her career spans multiple in-house legal roles at Garrison and Google, with a focus on drafting and negotiating contracts, software licensing, and privacy compliance. Beyond her legal work, Phoebe is deeply involved in governance and advocacy. She serves as Chair of Codebar, a Lay-Trustee for the Royal Microscopical Society, and a member of the Agile Management Team of the Society for Computers and Law, where she advises on legal and strategic governance issues. Additionally, she is a delegate for UN Women UK, demonstrating her commitment to gender equality and social justice.
