Hello, I’m Phoebe — an enthusiastic and driven events and hospitality professional based in Swindon. I’m currently working as a Groups, Conference and Events Executive at DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon, where I coordinate and deliver seamless events and group experiences, ensuring every detail meets client expectations and contributes to memorable stays.Alongside this, I have experience as a Hotel Receptionist at The Old Bell Hotel, one of England’s oldest and most characterful hotels, where I welcomed guests, ensured exceptional service, and supported the smooth coordination of both stays and events.Before transitioning fully into hospitality, I spent nearly three years at veSpace as a Global Sourcing Specialist, collaborating on high-quality, memorable events that consistently exceeded client expectations. This experience gave me a strong grounding in global event logistics, supplier relationships, and client service excellence — skills that continue to support my work in events today.I’m known for being dependable, dedicated, and a true team player.
