I’m a Partnerships & Business Development professional with 7+ years of experience building commercial relationships that go beyond the handshake. From negotiating multi-site fleet contracts with globally known logistics companies to structuring recurring servicing agreements with national fleet operators, I own the full journey - strategy, pipeline, first conversation, proposal, onboarding, digital delivery, and long-term performance management.My background spans cycling, micromobility and tech-adjacent environments, working with fleet operators, manufacturers and insurers including FedEx, Amazon (DSP’s), Canyon, Brompton, Laka Insurance, Ribble, Hunt and more. I’ve built and protected significant partner portfolios, designed customer-facing digital journeys, kept commercial relationships intact through a major acquisition, and mitigated supply chain risk when key manufacturers went into administration. Basically - I thrive when things get complicated.
