ABOUT PHOEBE MCLAUGHLIN-VASEY
I’ve built and scaled teams from the ground up, most recently as a part of Hark, in the Commercial arm of SolarEdge. I thrive in embedding myself across the business as a trusted partner with an extreme bias toward action. I’m at my best when tackling ambiguity by digging into the root of problems through discovery, empathy, and assumption validation; creating environments where solutions are collaborative rather than dictated.I bring a broad and hands-on background across the energy, utilities, edtech, healthcare, and IoT sectors. My experience spans product and project management, process implementation and improvement, B2C and B2B products, training delivery, people management, customer service, and business analysis across both public and private sectors. I’ve owned products end-to-end, from conception to delivery and beyond and love the feeling of seeing the idea on a sticky note as a fully-fledged product. Thourought the years I have led Design Sprints, user research initiatives, discovery days, and delivery teams working in Kanban, Scrum, and Scaled Agile to create products that bring value to customers all over the world.I\'m sure colleagues would describe me as enthusiastic, proactive, and approachable, with a strong willingness to learn and a constant hunger to grow. I truly live and breathe product. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, a product mentor, a pawrent, and (above all) a human being, I’m always happy to connect and talk about whatever takes your fancy. I’m a firm believer in diversity, inclusion, and open, honest conversations as the foundation of great teams and great products.Let’s talk.
